Can’t get your little one to try new foods? Has your child stopped eating what they used to? Is screen time the only way to feed them? This is the session for you! We will go through a step by step guide on how to change dreadful mealtimes.

Strategize
Nothing in this session is off limits. You tell us the challenges and we will come up with a solution!
Is bed time impossible? How about managing your daily schedule? During this session we will talk through and create a plan for any struggles you are facing with your little one. This is especially useful during times of regression, tantrums, daily schedule concerns, socialization issues, school troubles, developmental concerns or life changes for your little ones and your family.

Parent Coaching
Do you find yourself in tears on somedays? Do you question your choices or unsure “if you’re doing this right”? Then this package is for you! We will work together on a bi-weekly basis tackling the daily challenges and creating mindful practices to get through those tough days and weeks. Together we will bring back the joy in parenting!

Home Space Session
Is quarantine making you realize your space isn’t working for your indoor needs? Your child learns about the world through their environment, and this starts at home. During this one hour session we will guide you on how to make your home space more accessible, age appropriate and chaos free! Home will begin to feel more like ‘home school’ and a place of development. We will explore the best kinds of toys that will encourage independent play and growth and most appropriate for Early Childhood Development. Together we will learn what your child needs in their space and what you can do to help him or her play successfully, happily and independently.

Session 1: Strategize Session - together we will discuss the goals you would like to work on - routines, tantrums, play time or easier bedtime routines.
Session 2: Home Space Session - we will make the most of your home space!
Session 3: Picky Eaters Curriculum - these will be real and practical approaches you will be able integrate into your family’s lifestyle with ease.
Free 30 minute check-in after 10 days of implementation to discuss progress and any other strategies needed
